Vision
As God works through us we will help people,
churches and evangelical organizations around the world in their efforts to
know Jesus Christ and seek His Kingdom. We will do this by providing accessible
and effective Biblical solutions that leads to spiritual transformation.
Our Mission
To lead people worldwide into a growing
relationship with Jesus Christ and to strengthen the local church.
Children Ministry
Before you start reading this brochure a child in
Kenya drops out of school, before you finish this first line a child runs away
from home to the streets of our cities, before you finish this page a girl
gives birth to an unwanted baby and before you finish reading this brochure a
child is orphaned by AIDS. Now thousands of children roam the Kenyan city
streets.
Streams of Love and Hope Children's Home
Offering an alternative to street life. Providing
food and shelter (foster care). Challenge children to re-establish family and
communities. Teaching literacy and basic work skills so that they become
responsible productive citizens. Reaching other violent and unattached kids.
Holding seminars to teach the community, society, parents and individuals on
the need to take care of a child's life as best as they can. Teaching children
the will and love of God for them.
Education
This includes literacy classes for bigger boys
and girls, counselling on AIDS and its quick spread among the Youth in Kenya and Africa as a whole. There is also formal education for our young members and school fees
for over 15 children
Kid's Church
This is the main core program because children
are given the chance to worship and lead themselves into prayers and other
church related activities. They are taught how to lead a Christian life. Our
desire is to give these abandoned and helpless kids a chance to live a hopeful
life. Members of staff help evangelism and discipleship. Streams of Love and
Hope helps street children and orphans break the cycle of poverty and addiction
of life in the street and become followers of Christ.

levels thereby developing their relationship with God through Church teaching,
praise, worship, prayer, fun activities and fellowships.
African Safari
A
unique opportunity to those who have given up street life and the discouraged
are invited to a real African safari which includes camping in the African
wilderness and back packing. The street hardened children are awe struck a
sthey encounter lions, monkeys etc for the first time. Apart from learning
about their heritage, God's creation and the environment, boys and girls
develop team work, planning and survival skills in the African wild. These
urban nomads are challenged to develop pesonal, emotional and spiritual
maturity
